Our online decision aid helps you get started with a few questions. You then buy your greenhouse online from a dealer near you. Need more advice? Then a local dealer can help you further.
Can I see the greenhouse I have my eye on in real life?
At our dealers you can view many of the models. The range is very large, so unfortunately it is not possible to view every greenhouse.

You can order service parts directly from us using this link. Other orders can be made through a dealer, a point of sale near you or an online store.

Delivery

What is the delivery time?
The delivery time depends on the product you choose.

Royal Well items are in our warehouse.

The accessories and greenhouses will be delivered within 3-5 working days by parcel service.

The nurseries, wall greenhouses and garden greenhouses will also come to you with 3-5 days, only with larger transportation in the form of a truck.

The Halls & Juliana products have a slightly longer delivery time and will come your way within 6-8 weeks.

How will I be kept informed of delivery?
A delivery appointment will be made by e-mail for greenhouses. Other products will be shipped to the address provided as soon as possible without an appointment.
How is a greenhouse delivered?
Royal Well works with different carriers and transporters. This way we are able to transport your order as fast as possible and in the right way. The carrier also has to do with the size of the ordered greenhouse. Small accessories are sent by parcel post.
Can I also have my greenhouse delivered to a vegetable garden complex or vacation address?
Yes, you can. Good access is important then, though. This is because the greenhouses are always delivered by a large truck. For (vacation) parks, the driver is not allowed to pass the barrier and will therefore unload the goods near the barrier. Keep in mind that a glass box is heavy and must be moved with care.

Service and warranty

What guarantees do I have on parts?
With garden greenhouses, wall greenhouses, garden rooms and arbors, if damage occurs under normal weather conditions and if correctly assembled according to the (factory) instructions, you will receive a 12-year warranty on parts of the construction where the damage was caused by production and/or construction errors. This applies only to the parts and not to the assembly. This warranty is void if the greenhouse is not placed on a foundation advised and/or supplied by Royal Well. All cedar garden and wall greenhouses that are free of ground contact have a 10 year warranty against wood rot. On moving parts of greenhouses, wall greenhouses, garden rooms and arbors such as door wheels, door rubber, hinges etc. you have an expiring warranty of 1 year. The structures of tunnel greenhouses, foil tunnels, foil greenhouses, greenhouses and accessories have a warranty 2 years. On the UV resistance of the tunnel foil and screen mesh, you have a 3-year descending warranty. This only applies if the foil or mesh has been applied correctly. Loose netting and film can act like tarps and rub against the rafters due to movement in high winds. This can cause premature replacement and is therefore not covered by the warranty. This expiring warranty is based on depreciation. Example: after 1 1/2 years, we will reimburse 50% on the purchase of a new film or mesh. To qualify for Royal Well’s warranty arrangements, the condition is that you must have a valid proof of purchase. The right to warranty/reclaim expires if the indicated instructions for use have not been followed or not properly followed, the delivered goods have not been treated or used properly or the use of the delivered goods is not in accordance with the legal requirements or instructions for use.
I want to return my order, how does this work?
You can do so within 14 days of the shipment. The conditions vary by dealer. We only handle return orders that reach us through the point of sale. Products must always be returned unused and in their original packaging.
How will my warranty request be handled?
We provide replacement parts or a whole new product under warranty. We consider the best solution for each situation.
What warranty do I have on the assembly?
There is no warranty on assembly performed by an external mechanic recommended by Royal Well. You will be informed about the assembly conditions of the installer prior to assembly. The mechanic assembles the greenhouse according to the factory instructions and takes care of delivery. You sign the work order after assembly, indicating that the greenhouse has been assembled completely and to your satisfaction.
Do I have a warranty on the purchase of a greenhouse?
Royal Well offers warranty on all its greenhouses. The warranty period varies from (a legal) 1 year to 12 years for construction defects. No guarantee is given on glassware. Breakage of glass must be reported at the time of delivery, but maximum within 2 weeks after delivery. After that, the automatic right to delivery of repair glass under warranty expires.
What does "guarantee based on depreciation" mean?
In that case, you will be reimbursed for part of the claim under warranty. This may apply to film used in foil tunnels. The total duration of the warranty based on depreciation is 3 years. Does the product fail after 1.5 years? Then we reimburse half.
